Gjúki is the King of the Burgundians in the late 4th century. He is mentioned in Old English Widsith as Gifica and as Gjúki in Norse eddic poem Atlakviða. As one of the earliest kings of the Niflungar, Gjúki's clan is called the Gjúkungar.

In the Prose Edda, Snorri Sturluson says that Gjúki was the father of sons Gunnarr and Högni and a daughter Guðrún. Guthormr is his stepson from his wife Grímhildr's previous marriage.

In the Völsunga saga, Gjúki's son Guthormr slays Sigurðr.
